How to stick to your newyear resolution

Every year just before the new year rings in I will be busy chalking out my new year resolution. These resolutions ranged from quitting smoking to losing weight, to getting rid of  my bad mannerisms. But, otherwise my constant companion stubbornness never seen me through these resolutions. All my strength left me off day in and out and these resolutions died an untimely death- at the maximum one month after its birth. This happened year after year and  I wanted to change this pattern. So,with a new vigour I was determined to stick to my resolution in 2010. (I don't know why I am in love with this number 2010. It may be because it is easy to remember and write, or may be because the first part is double than its second part, just like my physical feature.)Whatever be the reason I was adamant this time.

Even to my surprise it worked.. curious??? I read a study on new year resolutions and their effectiveness. That study gave me a new insight into the reach my goal. It was said that majority of the resolutions were broken in January itself...Once you are through January the possibility of your success increases double fold. So, what does it mean? You have to somehow let the month January pass. And you know I did exactly that.. I did let January pass and came up with my resolution only  in February and see the result.. I am still following it up... If you wanna succeed follow my example... Best of Luck...Happy New year resolution...
